Grob Test - Analysis for GC Performance

In order to access performance of chromatographic system and separation over a wide range of oven temperature, Grob mixture was used. This diagnostic mixture consists of alkanes (check proper column installation, system integrity), esters (column efficiency, theoritical plate count), acids and bases (active sites and underivatized surface) and alcohols (active site in column and injector). The chromatographic pattern indicates types of column phase, age and condition.
